Why should I sell to you as opposed to listing with a realtor?
A retail transaction on the MLS frequently involves longer periods of time(45+ days) and significant fees. In general you pay a 5-6% commission to realtors, 3-4% seller concession plus whatever costs to renovate your house to the point where it is ready for sale. For many sellers with properties in need of significant renovation, a construction project with a budget of 20,000-150,000 may be too intimidating. That's where we come in. We are construction professionals with the experience to take a house from any condition and renovate it so that it can be a beautiful home for a family. We close the transaction on your schedule and provide an easy, pleasant experience.
Will I receive fair market price for my house?
We determine our offer price with a mathematical formula that takes into account the retail value of a renovated home in your area, construction costs and holding/selling costs. Since there is no middle man in the transaction our offer price can be very competitive for a hassle free transaction on your schedule.
Does receiving a quote obligate me to sell?
No. A quote comes with no obligation to sell your property to us.
