We wanted to say a few words about our experience building our new home. We had seen a home that was built by Flagship and our first thought was “We can not afford to have Flagship build our home”. The quality goes without saying, but the details are where it counts. We were already talking to a builder and were met with much resistance with our ideas for our new “custom” home. Had it not been for the difficulty we had we may have never called Doug. That was the best phone call we could have ever made. The truth is we could not afford NOT to have Flagship build our home.
Doug and Johnny made this experience personal and fun. They always treated us like customers but we always felt like friends. No stone went unturned and no decisions were ever a thought without our input. The knowledge and experience they brought to us was second to none. We were always open to hear their suggestions because we never knew what great ideas they would have. Sometimes the smallest detail made the biggest difference and they gave attention to every detail. They always kept our budget in perspective and were very respectful of making suggestions that might compromise that number. The house we have is much more than we expected it would be.
Everyone we met on the job was pleasant and generous with their time. The sub contractors working on our home were of the highest quality, something we had come to expect with Doug and Johnny. This experience was extremely pleasant for us. I think the most stressful thing we dealt with was picking out granite and that was only because there was so much to choose from!
We would, without hesitation, recommend Flagship Builders to anyone contemplating building a new home. We are extremely happy with the end result and have enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you Doug, Johnny and everyone involved in making our house a home.
