As for the testimonial let me start by saying that Shirley and I spent approximately eighteen months researching builders in our region. Which meant we spent a lot of time looking at houses under construction in Gaston, Lincoln and Mecklenburg counties. During that time we were able to ask a lot of questions of those we happened to see along the way. Most of whom were subcontractors and new owners. All said the same thing about the quality that was done by Flagship and that if they were to have a house built Flagship would be their choice. The other thing that became obvious during these field trips was the cleanliness and professional air around the job sites. When we finally did meet with Doug and Johnny we were not disappointed. Ours is a sloping lot and we had other contractors come to look at it who would be their about 15 to 20 minutes and say " Oh yeah no problem, we got you covered". Well after about 2 hours of running laser lines, asking questions of our dreams and expectations and explaining potential problem we may encounter, we knew we had made the right choice. All along the way, through every step, they worked to make things as easy as possible. Now that we have been in the house close to one year I am still impressed by the overall quality of the finished project. I would and have highly recommended Flagship builders.

That was the quote I gave a recent referral (a former Navy officer and his wife) after I was called about the experience we had with the Flagship team.
